yes you can..get a vtec conversion kit,
you will need the dowels, headgasket, and the oil line kit..

oil line ,dowel, studs gasket i tap the head came tap allready

so do it up..if you run into problems just get back on and tell us where your stuck..i might be able to come help you depending where ur at

just so you understand, the dowels in the b18a are on the wrong side for a vtec head. you'll need to drill them out on the other side to make the head and block bolt together. i'm not assuming you didn't know this, but rather just making sure you understand why people even sell the kit.

you could drill it if you have a press, if not though, i wouldn't recommend it. if you get the holes even a little bit at any angle you'll have a hell of a time getting the head and gasket on.

im pretty sure you dont have to drill the block or whhatever,,thats what the conversion kit is for..
last i though the b16 heads had 4 places for dowels.and theose 4 places are a little smaller than the ls which only has 2 places(a little bigger)
so you take your dowels and put the bigger end down into the block..the thing is that you might need to open the holes on the gasket up a little bit to fit over the bottom of the dowel
