Banning People Who Post "EZ to Find" Questions

I haven't been around here too long, but I've been to many other forums. And what ruins the flow of good information on these things is people asking redundant ass shit.

EXAMPLE: What is a B18C?
and What is involved for a manual conversion?

The information is already out there!

I also think there should be an archive for those good answers set aside somewhere and broken down into categories. If someone asks a question from one of those archived questions and the answer is already in there, then they should get banned, not their IP address though. Then when they reregister they realize they aren't playing any games. 2 strikes and you're out.

Maybe this is just me though.

I agree. Most of the time we will either tell people the answer and tell them where we got it or just tell them where to look for the answer. If we just banned them more than likely they will just not bother comming back and that is one more potential board member lost.
