B VTEC into B VTEC is almost always a perfect fit, depending on the car and sometimes the year. B VTEC into non-B VTEC wont always match like valve train. Im not sure about the manifolds.
Thats tricky cause the GSR b18c1 is a dual stage intake, but every other intake, B18c5 's head is the same as the b16 series, If i'm not mistaken the ls b18a/b are the same as the b16 series also.. Hmm.. i think the Flange has a minor difference and the dual stage deal.. Just ask if its a dual stage intake for Vtec (Standard on GSR Models ONLY) If it is.. theres probally another forum on here that will help you get it to work. Check for that before you get buy it.
you can goto www.hondoctors.com scroll right down the page at that build they're doin they're running a victor X on a type R head (b18c5) its a badass intake man I'd rock it.. Definatly check on that alittle more info from the guy (Single stage or dual stage.??) More than likeley being after market edlebrock it may be a single stage wich would be doable on a b18c1 if you take the code out of the ECU that looks for it.
