i did a manual conversion on my del sol and i didnt get a manual ecu so i jump wired it to PARK this way it started and i could still get the key out, and it mooooved! night and day between auto and manual... but tonight i played with the wires so the ecu would think the car was in drive... it seemed like it was faster but i could be wrong any way so my question is would wiring the car to drive make it faster than having it wired in park????? and yes i know i should have the manual ecu and i will soon but funds are tight so...
 
im getin maried on saturday thats why im so broke lol but im guna use the money from that to get an ecu and finish my turbo kit so i mean its not that important... just a question
 
It's important that you get your set up tuned. Otherwise, your engine will go boom. Just remember not to half ass that at least.
