I was pulled over today and they want me to take my gsr to a ref. It has a cammed b20. Is there any way to make it pass or get around this?

Got ya, sorry i'm canadian. By pass do you mean the car is safe to be on the road or for emissions?

Ya i have heard, for the "road worthy" test i passed with flying colours. As long as your suspension and brakes are good, seat belts and lights work, airbags too.

For emissions i got to run my car as a "hotrod" since it is a swapped/not original engine. Because of that the limits for emissions were much higher so i passed easily.

But this is canadian so im not sure about in Cali.

Ouch man. I wish you luck with that. A B20 is considered an SUV or truck engine, so it is not allowed to be swapped into a regular car. Keep us updated.
