i hate thieves, but this worked out for the better i think.. minus the insurance claim of course.

much better.. sux about the theft.. i know how if feels to come out in the morning and have something of yours missing..

Ouch man. I'm sorry that you had to go through that. Did your insurance company cover the rims?

I went through something similar once, except when I came out my whole car was gone, so I know how it feels. I hope that you never go through that again.

atleast they put the blocks under the jacking points;)
lol they could just left them wherever...but seriously,,that sux
those locking lugs are a joke if the pattern is on the outside..
get some that have it on the inside and you will not get them off without the key

it was an inside pattern :)

insurance did cover the rims though, so that was the best to come of it

A hammer and a socket that is close to the size of the outside of the lugnut will get it out. Sad but true. Nothing is safe, its just trying to stop the would be and the amateurs. You now that there are only like 35 different keys for wheel locks?

That sucks about your cars. You need to get out of where you live.

i did :) and i have a garage now, thankfully..

I liked the old wheels better.

Anywho, glad insurance took car of ya.

problem with the old wheels was that they were available to buy at the dealership (found out after i bought them) and every other box i saw had wheels that looked really close to mine. i'm not trying to be super original or anything, just dont like seeing the same wheels on half the boxes in town :)

people cant keep their hands off other people's stuff

looks like an upgrade to me tho

shoot I had 2 EFs stolen with in 3 weeks

some one liked your driveway enough to visit twice.

but anyways. dude i know how it feels to come out and see your vehicle like that. I once upon time owned a 88 camaro and came out one morning just to have a smoke only to find that some smart ass thought it would be funny to bust out the back glass of the car. didnt take anything that i know of. but i dont have full coverage. PIP is just plain gay insurance. -_-

That sucks dude, glad its been taken care of. My friend and parents have had their cars hit one time or another, luckily no one has touched mine. Then again i dont have flashy rims or a body kit, sub is out for time being. Its good to be subtle.

i try to be as low key as i can be.. anywhere within about a mile of my house i turn down the system and bass.. but now i have a garage, so that should help!

I used to do the same thing, turn my sub down near home and at parking lots. The only thing that gives me car away are the JDM lights, tails and lowered. Well the sound and all the VTEC i suppose has a play. But my car is pretty low key other than that, there are bigger fish to fry....

as Jeef said.. hammer and socket.. thats all it takes, but its loud a fawk
