This dude comes into Autobell Carwash today (where i'm assistant manager today) with his dc integra sedan. it's so low that we could barely get it on the tracks of the car wash without the bottom scraping but he was persistent. then, as the car was going through the wash he was telling me about how he swapped a J-spec ls engine in it with a 75 shot of nitrous. okay, thats cool, until as soon as the brushes of the wash touched his car and his super sensitive car alarm locked his keys in his car. so there i am, 17 year old Squeals McNeals trying to break into this dudes car so that we can keep washing cars for the day. 5 minutes later, the door is unlocked and the annoying ass alarm gets turned off so i go to pull the car out and it's a fucking automatic! i'm looking around for a clutch cause he had a damn shift knob on it that looked like it was a straight drive and i look down at my feet and there were two pedals. fuck that guy, especially when he was telling me that he has an ls/v-tec ek with a big turbo on it. i hate people

hahaha dude, the thing is, he kept saying that he just drove here from new jersey to live here and that sedan was his DD. he kept asking where the "spot" to race was and talking like a total noob. if i wasn't working i may of had to scream in his face

What a fucktard. haha You should have asked him what an LSVTEC is. I would have acted stupid and asked some technical questions. Then when he answers wrong, I would have looked at him, said "Really? That's sweet...BUT..." then tear his ass to shreds. :D Now THAT is really fun to do, especially with the unsuspecting fuckers out there. I've done it a few times with even the little bit of knowledge I have. It's FUN STUFF! :D:D:D:D

haha, thats funny
i had a friend who had a revolver cylinder for an automatic shift knob & put leather around it to make it look like a manual...... on his 94 ford escort lol

man, working at a carwash i deal with so many customers that talk about how their cars have thousands of horsepower form intakes they just got installed for them by a performance shop. its ridiculous.

I would say :orly: Pop your hood. Lets take a look. :D

who gets shops to put on intakes? some people are paethic

well i asked that one dude to bring his turboed EK to the carwash one day and he was all like "man, i was out here driving it yesterday and a cop told me to get it off his street" is it illegal to have your car stripped? like no carpet, seats, console, etc?

:lame: That's a bullshit excuse if I ever heard one.

my brother is a Honda mechanic and he tells me stories about how people come to his shop asking if they will put their license plates on and shit like that! like, what the fuck people, it's two god damn bolts!!!!!!!!

thats what this world has evolved into. people relying on someone else to do shit for them. it's all about the upbringing

its hard to believe, but some people just have no general knoledge of automobils.

is your neighbor a dude?
yeah. every 3 months he pays me $50 bucks plus the cost of oil and filter to do the oil change lol. It's a 87 Benz so all I have to do is drain the oil, put the drain plug back, drop it back on the ground, replace the cartridge oil filter in the engine bay, add oil, done... 10 minutes tops lol. This guy is in his early 40's so he's physically capable of doing it himself, he just doesn't know how lol. I showed him how but he doesn't have the confidence to do it himself...

"It's a 87 Benz so all I have to do is drain the oil, put the drain plug back, drop it back on the ground, replace the cartridge oil filter in the engine bay, add oil" yep, thats definitly how you change oil in all cars. your neighbor deserves lots of pain

a lot of people have no interest in how cars work or how to maintain them
and most of them dont care

a lot of people have no interest in how to build or modify or even work a computer
a lot of people have no idea how to run household electrical
a lot of people cant frame a house
a lot of people cant do Sheetrock and taping to save their ass
a lot of people pay other people to cut their hair
a lot of people have to pay someone to do their tailoring for them

just because its something you are interested in and knowledgeable about, doesnt mean its everyone's thing... and unless you never need another person to perform a task or service for you, you really have no ground to stand on when bagging on a person who doesnt want to do his own oil changes
