yeah right man if in not mistaking those 88 yota pickups used the 22re engines which are indestructible. my brother has a 94 yota pickup and he has people every day asking him if he wants to sell it

thats the way people are around here too, i figured it was just because i live in redneckville. People are crazy over toyota pick-ups!! no lie, back in highschool half the people i went to school with had one or two

The Civic is number one? SHOCKER!

Mine has been a statistic already back in 2000. Then again I think back when mine was stolen the Camry was number one and I THINK the Civic was around three or four.

eh, mine was a 94 and it got stolen.. same difference i guess.. my GFs Integra has been a target for a while, they just havent been able to get away with it for some reason..

:ditto: on the '94. Was yours a sedan, two door or hatch, Clint?

Since then, I've had mine broken into three freakin' times, with a freakin' alarm. Tells you how good the alarm is.

Statistically, with the number of 89 Camrys and 88 Toyota Trucks on the road, and it still makes the list - that means that realistically the same vehicle is stolen twice a day. Like the white bike of holland.

How many of these things are actually left to make a list like this ?

This is great stuff, Clint. I'm going to talk to my mechanic and see if we can't fool around with my car and do some of this stuff. He had shown me the ignition kill switch before. I have a Clifford, so I am thinking all we are going to need is a few parts from Radio Shack and a bit of time to try some of this stuff out.

I really fear getting either of my cars stolen again. My hatch doesn't have an alarm yet, but that won't be for long.

Accord beat the teggy?? Very odd imho.

There are probably only 14 ITRs left in the world that haven't been stolen at least twice. And all the GSRs are motorless in junkyards. Thats my guess.
