I got these because he sold a pair of RCI 5pt 3" cam lock harnesses and he gave me these to sell so I could get the harnesses (those harnesses are $180 each though)

You can use them w/your stock shocks but it's wise to upgrade to at least tokico blues or AGX's or something.
