My car is still pretty std only thing i have done much . i would really like to put on a turbo but i dont know what else i need to do so i do not hurt my baby(the car)

how much do you know about turbo setups?
you have a sohc 1.6?
you can sefely boost it to over 200 hp with some good tuning
