z1 head on z6 block help

well after finding out i have a bad z6 head I'm now going to use my spare vtec e z1 head. i was just wondering what my compression ratio will be with this set up? I'm running a bone stock rebuild and a metal oem 3 layer z6 head gasket. I'm assuming my stock p28 ecu will work with this compression right?? any info is appreciated.
 
Ahh, my bad its the other way around z1 block z6 head that lowers sorry. I read wrong :p
