my 'i'm bored' thread of the week - post up the movie you saw a honda in. anyone who says anything to do with fast and furious anything gets neg rep from me, da OP. :D i'm looking for obscure, barely-glimpsed, or even older or rare hondas that are not the whole reason for the movie - just the 'holy shit was that a honda?' factor.

my contribution (which yes, i got all giddy and wet about when i saw it last night on a rewatch): a CRX with red pinstripe in 'The Mothman Prophecies' - when R. Gere is walkin across a road, the rear pside quarter can be seen making a right hand turn.

In Death Proof, the first set of girls that the creep guy kills drive a red hatch. eg i think?? idk ... but it was a newer one. The killer ends up destroying it with his car to kill em =/

yeah i remember seeing that one and being happy honda was in such a cool flick - and then yeah. death.

In many markets the CR-X naming convention was dropped from the del Sol line as it was distinctly different from earlier models, which were hatchbacks and not targas. Starting with the 1995 models, Honda dropped the 'Civic' name from the del Sol in the Americas.
