not to sure if its in the right forum but here it goes. thanks in advanced for replys

:confused: I have a 95 ex with a jdm b16a with a y21 tranny and i have 7 gears. Six and the reverse has anyone heard of this before. let me know if so and how its possible :confused:

i'm the same way and i have had three people come and check it out and they freaked out as well with that. what honda tranny or b series has that.
 
there was a few companies that did make kits to make a b series a 6 speed but if i remember right it was like 5-10 grand for the tranny

I heard with that kit you had to sacrifice reverse... but i don't know how true that is.

To the op, you sure it's a b-Series?

well yeah that's why they don't/can't make adapter plates...
The kit i was talking about when I quoted you was a company that took your b series tranny, changed all the gearing, added a 6th gear, but made you sacrifice reverse. It was for auto x cars...
 
so what about mine how did i end up with that. my dad even freaked out for it having a six plus reverse.
 
Pictures of said six-speed B-series transmission please. Show me the shift knob...
