1989 Honda CRX Start Problems!!!!! NEED HELP ASAP

Hey Guys, Im new to the forums and have a question for anyone to answer.

My 89 Crx wont start, its a 1.5L HF. Engine cranks, has spark and fuel. I looked at the ECU and its blinking 16 times quickly, pause, then 16 times again...does this over and over again. It has brand new spark plugs and wires.

Wondering if it could also be the main relay...

Any help would be much appreciated!

so if i swap out the injectors, should this fix my problem?!

btw, when i parked it about 1.5 weeks ago it was running. Now after trying to start it to move it, nothing happens but cranking.

You sure it's 16? Because 16 would be one long blink and six quick blinks.

Yeah, Honda ECUs don't go over 10 same-style blinks in a row.

I had error 17 once, and I think that it flashed 17 times...

I've always seen a long and then short for anything over 9...

As long as it's pgm-fi, it won't go over 9.
