I'm selling my 82 truck so I can pick up a same year K5. I love the truck, but the bed is WAY larger than anything I need. not that it's a bad thing, but the K5 also offers me a chance to carry 17 disgruntled passengers.

It's white, with a plow. With the plow I'm asking $1500. It's an 8 foot fisher plow, ready to go. Without the plow I would like $700 and you'll need turnsignals. It's rattle can white (pretty good too if I say so). The cab was replaced 3 months ago, and both VIN plates are there, with the titles. Registration in CT is no problem. Just registered it.

it's got 44" tires on factory steelies, 5 speed trans and 4wd. 350 with new carb, runs great. The body is in really good shape, but it has a dent on the top of the bed rail. One power window on the driver's side (Had to replace the cab because a lightpole jumped out in front of it)

It rattles and shakes, and it's not a pleasure to drive - but it will haul ANYTHING and it's a fuckin satanic beast when it comes to torque and utility. I'll deliver within 100 miles (Because it gets about 10 mpg) Mechanically great.

I'll post pics if people are interested.

The classified you can sell any type of car or truck you want noob. This site has been around for a while and a lot of us have moved on to different cars but still come back to this site.

Steve do you have any pics of this thing.

I'll gather up pics. It's pretty plain jane. I'll take a ride. I need to get a bunch of pics together today (Out sick / day off)

as a little preview, it's this body, this color / condition with these wheels. Mine is a bit taller (the raising suspension blocks and shackles) and has the plow on it still. I would prefer to sell it with the plow because those are it's turnsignals.

So there. 315/75 comes out to like 40 inches or something.

Yeah there is no way those are 44's. They look like 33's or somewhere in that range. Not a bad truck. I would pick it up if I could afford to fix it and the gas for it.

toss it on craigslist and it might be gone tomorrow.

Fix it ? It works !

It's not pretty, but it's strong as hell and will run forever. The motor / trans or anything substantial have never given me a problem. The windshield is cracked, forgot to mention that. It's a great ride for someone (like me) who rides a bike well into winter, and just occasionally needs something with a roof / 4wd. Gas ? Yeah. like 8 mpg in freefall.
