This is the Advance price. I would recommend this over the Motor City. having sold a lot of the motor citys and seen them come back a lot, that's why. I would recommend having a machine shop press the bearing in for you though. It's not fun or easy. Just get the knuckle off, take it to a machine shop with the new bearing, and tell them to take out the old, put in the new. You'll pay for it, but it's a major headache saved.

Wheel bearing is pressed in on a honda, you need a press, a torch to cut the outer ring out of the hub after pressing it out, you need to take your whole hub off take it to a machine shop have them press the hub out and torch the outer ring out and press in a new. how did you figure out it was bad? You must jack the tire off the ground, if you can wiggle it up and down and side to side, not the axle, but jsut shake the hub itself. if it jiggles it needs replaced.

Bad bearing could very well explain the axles going out. Sure hope you got lifetime warranty axles! I sure do love my 50% off brand new axles...

If you want a cheap fix you can get the part at the salvage yard near you. I do this all the time and it is not only cheaper but you dont have to wait for the bearing to get pressed out and then in by the machine shop. I have been doing this a long time this way, trust me, its the best way!

hey man whats been wrong with your axle cause i having problems with mine to

well it made a knocking sound when turning and at a steady speed would make a loud uncomfortable noise and vibration ..felt like the axle was gonna fall out ..

and thanks really helped alot i think im gonna have to go to the shop so i dont was my time ..

I just got one from a junkyard for $50 inc shipping....it was the whole hub assembly with spindle.

Marita, that is a great deal. Hopefully this will fix your problem. Good Luck.
