Does anybody know if a F20b would fit in a 92 accord? What would be a better choice an H22 or the F20b.

h22 is the better choice. yes, the f20 will fit (and from what i understand, bolt in like the h22 does), but the f20b is an obd2 engine while the h22 is an obd1.

On Board Diagnostics. In this case, we're referring to the generation of the car's wiring. OBD 2 is 96 and later. The wiring is different, and therefore, more work.

Hey I was wondering if anybody would have any good ideas of what kind of engine I could swap out of a 92 honda accord ex. I was also wondering if I could put a bigger engine in there such as a v6 or possible and I doubt the possiblity of this but maybe a v8 also.

id recommend making your own thread, but until you do, i will just say, both options are possible, but not recommended.

engine swap

ok, i got a 92 accord and its not fast enough, so what v6 would be best to turbo and swap with what i got?

best swap woud be a H22a OBD1 engine if you trying to swap a F20B (OBD2) then you will need wiring harness and all the good things

1.) The V6 swap will be next to impossible. Stick with an F/H-series engine.

2.) Start your own thread please...

thats what i was saying V6 wont work H or F series engine will work best cheaper alternative will be JDM F22 DOHC goes for under $600
