Hello fellow Hondaswap members I am new to this site. I have just bought an 89' crx si and like most honda owners, I have an ich to make it my own. I want to keep my ride oldschool and clean so not many cosmetic parts. A couple questions of what type of suspension and rims. I am hoping to lower my car 1.75-2.00 inche What is the best for its money. For rims, I want some kind of og acuras or maybe some old ssr"s. Let me know what you guy's think ---OGMatt

i might have some used neuspeed race springs for sale lol, 2.5 drop

Neuspeed sport springs and KYB AGXs. Shop around alot, you could do it for $500ish. Best suspension setup for the cash. Hell, its better than alot of the higher end stuff out there.

You can get Tokico Blues off of ebay shipped for $400 with shocks and springs but its only about a 1.5 inch drop.

That's exactly what I have. I paid about $350 for the set. You could do this and then possibly have enough left over for some shock tower braces or a swaybar, or, you could opt for the Neuspeed springs/KYB AGX shock combo, which will give you adjustable dampening...
