Yes, that is my real name
So while I was under my car working on most everything- I realize that my ball joint bushings are wearing a little thin.

I want to refurbish my suspension and tighten it up alot

It feels like im driving a Caddy lol. It sways like a boat around corners and i doesn't feel safe- Now a full suspension kit with coilovers and bars would be nice - but money is tight with my tranny having gone out : /.

I want to see want I can do to prevent that sway for around 200$.

any ideas? I still have that same 2002 accord se sedan. It's front wheel drive so if I had to should I concentrate more on the front end suspension?

if your tight on money you should at least buy some strut bars and a sway bar. that'll make a world of difference and depending on what kind you buy it'll be really cheap

thats what I was thinking - so a tower strut bar and a sway bar? I'll do some googleing :).

how much of a diifference will changing out those lower ball joints make - the rubber is wore but not to the point where its not safe- least not yet .

what are some good brands that arent a fortune?

I've noticed that my car has mini strut supports that goto the firewall- looks like a boomerang.

struts bars.. you want solid pieces .. no joints, unless there is 2 bolts holding it so it doesnt hinge, otherwise, they're useless

alrighty ill do some googling - and run it by you guys. wheredo you all usually go for good prices online for car stuff- aside from ebay and craigslist.?

Full suspension bushing overhaul..with OEM bushings. :) Although might run more than $200, you can do them in sections.

thinking about starting up in front since that is where all of the 'action' happens :p. I realized the strut tower bar can go on in addition to the mini strut bars already on :D. cool stuff.
