i just put a 91 si tranny in place of the shitty dx 4 speed one... aloot of people have been telling to to do a b series swap, but i wanted to build a single cam, does anyone think its worth it?

depends what your doing with the car and what your budget is...weve already established you know little to nothing about hondas...so i would just leave it stock

yeah i do know very little, but i got friends that will put it in if i buy parts, i help out a lil so its how i learn..

ok but do they just put the parts in,or do they know exactly what needs to happen ,,,theres a differance bewteen building a motor, and building a motor that will run,and building a reliable motor,
you cant just throw parts at something and expect the best outcome possible, you need to research

its worth it cause theres less of a chance it will get stolen and im doing the same thing and if u search the internet theirs a lot of people doing that there are even 8 sec single cam motors out there so i say do it

bullahit..people dont just steal a car for the motor.you obviously do not know anything

B swaps are targets for thieves. Nobody wants a crappy stock SOHC....

hahaha here we go again! and no shit people dont steal cars for jsut the motor... lips wings foggies wheels ect.. and 8 second single cam?! wtf?

oh and believe me they know what there doing
So, if they know what the are doing, shouldn't they be able to answer this question for you?

Cars do not get stolen because of the motor. My car was stolen with the stock D16 in it.

Some body stole my ride, with out a motor in it, it doesnt matter if they want it, theyre going to take it. (It was my bicycle that got stolen BTW. :D)
