So I pull my door panels off and take my speakers out. I pulled them off cause I was trying to find a vibration that's been bugging the shit out of me.

The guys that put my speakers did quite a hack job when they installed them. Who only crimps stuff then wraps it a few times in black tape? I expected them to get soldered not crimped. And what's with bridging that short gap with a fucking huge thing of wire?

Oh and the door actuators also look like they were installed well too /sarcasm. I love how the screws used to attach the actuators to the door are sticking out a 1/4 an inch on the other side of the metal.

To unlock the doors. Very poorly installed. The person that did them did a half-assed job.

No, I didn't install it. If I installed it, I guarantee I would have done a better job. Pics would be nice of that. I'm thinking I'm just going to re-do the stereo and alarm, it's about time for an upgrade for my stereo anyways, and I'd really like remote start. If this is how they did this part, I'd hate to see how butchered the wiring is for the actual alarm part *cringes*

the first owner of my hatch installed power windows/locks in the car. needless to say, i feel you pain and good luck with the referb.

Yes shitty wiring is a common problem with used "modded" Hondas. I hope i dont sound like a newb but i usually crimp and wrap my audio, i have had no problems.... now if you payed for a professional to do it id expect more but a simple speaker hook up? Ive installed my own speakers, subs and amps. If done carefully it can last, i mean how much movement you think the speakers will do lol.
