does anyone know how to do the vertical door conversion? i saw some plans on ebay for 5 bucks awhile back, but haven't been able to find them sense. there has to be someone out there with the info. i don't think i can spend 1400 on doors that open lambo style, even though it is cool. i'd like to do this to my crx!
 
What a waste of time and money and engergy. Unless you are a good welder its not possible to make then yourself. Even then, its going to be almost impossible to get the doors to line up again.

:werd: agreed. unless your rex is a showstopper already....don't bother
 
so i take it you two don't know.....? thanx for your opinions any way.
 
you cannot build a lambo door hinge without a lathe a tig welder and a milling machine it is a two direction hinge i have built suiced hinges and i have a buddy with a lath and mill and it was hard so to try lambo door buy the kit for the 1000 bucks
