I RECENTLY BOUGHT A GSR SWAP OUT OF A CRX TO PUT IN MY CRX..

GREAT DEAL ON WHOLE SWAP THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS..

BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT BOLT THING ON THE BLOCK
THE OTHER CRX WAS HIT BY A LIFTED TRUCK..
I WAS THINKING OF TAKING IT TO A BUDDY OF MINE THAT WELDS
ALUMINUM AND HAVING HIM FIX IT AND THEN RE TAP IT,
THE BROKEN SIDE HAS ABOUT A 1/2 INCH OF THREAD LEFT..

WHAT DO U SUGGEST PEOPLE?

had that problem with the half shaft mounts.scraped a nice block in ten feet after swaping it in

That can be fixed, but whats up with that timing belt? It doesnt look so good.

the piece from the block fell down on the adjuster and shredded the timing belt
then the belt overlapped it self...

i got a new belt.
gsr water pump
and oil pump..

cause it was sitting for a while
when i got it from the dude

you take off the valve cover to chk the valves yet?..or even better take off the head and chk everything?you could have a lot more money going into this bad boy than you thought

Yeah that motor is junk, Im can almost garantee you bent some valves when the timing belt let go.

well it diddnt let go or skip teeth theres still a good portion of belt on the other side, the belt split in half more than shredded.

but if thats the case no biggy

i hava a p72 head with new seals just sitting in my room!

i was going to build a b20v
thats why i have all kinds of parts..

i got a pr3 ecu 2!

not for sure on that.but it depends.. if you chk it all out it could be fine...but make sure you chk it out befor it goes in it will make life simple.you should be able to see valve damage with just the valve cover off.but to be safe i would take off the head. thats up to you though. could have contacted the valves and dinged a piston could have spun a rod(not likely) who knows

im gonna pop it off in a lil while..

see whats going on in there...
hopefully its all good..

I would definitly check it out before you put it back in the car, you may have some serious damage internally.

And how much for that ECU shipped to 44685?
