so with winter approaching fast, what does everyone here plan to do to their vehicles? i plan on leaving the Mazda 3 stock but i plan on cutting up my truck and doing a stock floor bodydrop on it. what a stock floor bodydrop (sfbd) is, is basically making a new frame out of 2"x3" 3/16" wall box tubing which will make the truck sit lower as the end result. its ALOT of work but dang it, its time to go lower!!!

I've already thrown the cam in, wired up the AFC, hoping to install the MSD and get the battery in the trunk before it gets too cold to work. I plan one more junkyard run with hopes of finding some decent 90-93 lude seats. Other than that, changing the coolant.

good idea.. junkyard run before it rains.. once it does, everything gets fucked up

Virago is in the living room, being art. The CRX is getting the rest of the motor pulled. if I get the roof on the truck cut this winter I'll be happy. Cosworth getting sized for the CRX . That's about it. Oh, and the usual "try to make this Neon run" thing.

I plan on leaving it in the garage, taking it out on a sunny weekend, wipe it down, put it back up. =)

Driving my car until it snows.

Then the girlfriends SRX or hopefully she gets the lr3.

1. New snow tires
2. Mudflaps, BIG mudflaps
3. Winter emergency kit/AKA flask, shovel, extra de-icer and washer fluid, soft chains(for the worst case scenario) and an extra pair of cheapo wiper blades.

After getting caught in the worst drive-home ever last December, I'm not taking any chances. But hopefully LSD + snow tires + ABS = win. It's not 4wd, but it's gotta be better than an open diff and all-seasons.

My winter plans for my car include putting my steelies with snow tires back on, making sure the fluid reservoir is filled, and driving it around everywhere. Damn all of you multiple car havers... :(

well i putting my civic in the garage. putting a new alt on my geo tracker and getting it ready for winter. then if things pan out i'll be putting an h22 from a 98 acura in my 91 civic. just for shit's and giggles.

I'm going to try and park my civic and find a nice sedan for dd in the $5-8k range.
