Bitch Please
yea im tryin have a lil fun with my accord i jus got ir a few weeks ago but i didnt realize how hard it is to find parts for a 2.3 sohc and a buddy gave me the idea of a h22 motor swap outa a prelude and i jus need to know what all if any chancges will be needed besides the wiring harness im open to any help

This is one of the easiest swaps out there. Everything should bolt right up. Get an engine that matches the OBD setup of your car and it should be a very easy swap...

kool thanx cuz i had a guy find me a h22 that comes outa a 98 prelude for like 1400 but wut bout the ECU?

thats good to hear im new to the honda thing so im kinda goin in blind with the help of a couples guys i know for ideas.....wut bout the wiring and everything else..is it a direct hook up tho?

You'll want the Prelude's ECU, and actually, if you can get the Prelude engine's wiring harness as well, it may plug right into your Accord's chassis harness. No guarantees though, but if the harness is included with the engine or you can get it, that would probably be the best case scenario...

yea i think it cost like 250 extra or sum shit but hell i need all the info i can get cuz i know i can have better luck with the h22 as opposed to the f23a

ok jus checkin cuz the h22 is more expensive that i have found so far but i think ima stick with it

Yeah, it's more expensive because it has 40 more horsepower over the H23 plus VTEC. It's definitely the better motor...

What's your definition of a good price?
