Alright ive always been a integra guy but i went out of my way to buy a 94 civic. Im in the process of doing a make over on it.
-body-
1.wiretuck[completed]
2.shave engine bay [completed]i will soon be painting it gold when i get ready to paint
3.body work[completed]
4.prime and water sand car[completed]
5.paint,forest green with a little kick to it[i will start painting at the end of the week when i get the shop clean
6.wheels, im thinking about rota j mags painted the same gold as whats going to be in my engine bay
or gold axis old skoolz i cant decide[what do you think]

2.b16a2 head with type r cams
3.ls tranny
4.ls distributor[shaved wing]
5.avid motor mounts
-what i plan to get-
1.hayabusa throttle bodies[doin the old homemade itb's]ps.dont hate im just trying them out
2.golden eagle conversion kit
3.gsr oil pump
4.gsr water pump
5.ctr pistons
6.arp main bolts and head studs
7.some type of 4-1 header havent decided i might make a custom piece to match the itbs


tomorrow i will post some pics of my progress on the car
give me some feed back on what you think so far

I think you should sell the LS tranny and purchase a GS-R/B16/Type R gearbox instead...
 
kind of on a budget build believe it or not [note home made itbs] i would really love the b16 tranny but there hard to come by for a reasonable price around here
 
come on im not woried about the tranny right now im about to drop a sohc in it until i get the rest of the parts of my motor ill get the tranny later i just want it to be clean right now as a matter of fact can i use a y7 cam gear on a z6 head and retain my y7 timing belt i just put a new belt on the y7 before the guy decided on boosting a y8 instead

Is this your daily driver then? Why the urgency to get it on the road so quickly?

If you have another car to drive then I wouldn't even bother with the temporary D-series swap. That's just money wasted. The only way it would make sense is if you have an engine, tranny, and everything else you'd need to install it just laying around ready to go...
 
yes it will be my daily driver right now im driving the car i bought my old lady so as long as im driving it she cant get out there and work to help pay some bills so im stuck in slow mode paying all the bills till she can get a job so in turn no money for ls vtec parts
yes i do have all the sohc parts to just drop in

when i bought the car it was just a shell this is just stuff ive acumalated over the years

update
gsr tranny wasnt planning on getting a tranny but couldnt pass the offer up although it has set me back on getting the car on the road but it will be better in the long run
i was goin to paint my car in my shop but i decided just to tow my car to a friends shop and use his paint booth
i have decided to get the jmags and paint them the same gold im painting my engine bay
a buddy of mine gave me a gsr oil pump
thats all for right now hope your happy brutal i got the tranny
 
oh yeah forgot to add had a friend give me a set of throttle bodies off a 04 cbr 1000 itb'd ls vtec here i come and d16y7-z6 is together and ready to put in after the paint job just have to get the back mount
 
good idea with the tranny, haha. I was about to say get some steelies for now =D and put the rest in for the tranny!
 
no need for steelies i got a set of tenzo r shu 10 today for ls head i had
 
hey havent posted in a while my project got held up because of some money issues but im about to start back tomorow im going to paint this week and next week i will get my motor together and in im goin to try to get some pics tomorow of it before paint
