Decent price for the product?

Kodak EasyShare 10.3 MP Digital Camera in Blue

Last one on the page here: Advanced - BestBuy

I figure with all of you bitching about how my camera sucks in the past, that I should upgrade. My old EasyShare has been a badass camera. I've dropped it like a we-todd and it's never broken. But my open box display model 2.0 MP camera is just old, doesn't hold the date and I can use it as a backup.

I figure 10.3 MP is pretty decent for that price considering other 7.1-10.0 MP cameras range from 199 to 600+.

Oh and offtopic here... I'm glad I listened to E for my brakes.

Brembo Blanks + Hawk Pads = fucking badass. I'm listening to E and E only for upgrade advice. He doesn't fuck around.

/off my own topic

Eh I guess. I would rather get one of the canon SD models as that is what I have and I love it. They are slim and can easily fit in your pocket. Remember it not so much the number of Megapixels but the image processor the camera uses. I personally have a Canon SD1000 and I love it.

I compared that one with the cannon powershot 8.0, and they're pretty similar. This one is more slim, and only another 10 dollars more for roughly the same digital zoom and capacity.

In the end I wanted to stick with Kodak Easyshare because it takes the same card with the same picture capacity, uses the same software, and gives a higher picture resolution.

Id agree that its a good price. It will probably make a great point and shoot but thats the extent that it should be used for. But for 160 bucks if it does crap out on you or you upgrade soon it isnt going to break the bank.

Yeah it'll be just a point and shoot camera, just like my 2.0 was. :)

No, E did. I distinctly remember the AIM conversation I had with him about it in early 07 before I went to Texas. :p

well if not you directly then pretty much anyone i offer brakes advice too. ive been running blanks and hawks in my big brakes for 3 seasons now

Thats the camera I bought for the girlfriend. That is a damn fine camera. Im looking at getting a Nikon D80 early next year, the point and shoot just doesnt have the options I want.

i lost mine at the dropkick/MMBT concert :(

also you can change the firmware on most canon camera for additional features. mine was hacked.

My SD1000 is a backup to my Canon Xti with various lenses. I love the SD's face recognition feature as well.

Here is where I have purchased my last 10 digital cameras from (yearbook adviser). Do yourself a favor and call them directly - I have never had a problem despite what some of their reviews online say. Can't beat the price though.

haha i didn't say car buying advice, (although he gave you some solid advice you're ignoring) I said upgrade advice. :D

I plan on keeping the Si until the engine blows up, then I'm swapping a b18c or possibly an H22.

i suggest you upgrade your windows instead of buying a camera that you're only going to take pics of ugly chicks with

lol j/k

my windows? you mean pc windows or house windows?

House windows = el done-o except 2.

You got the 250 a piece? lol I don't need those two yet, they're in non-critical spots.
