i have std spindles on my ef from a 4 speed. I have a 5 speed trans from a 91 dx. I want to swap the spindles so i can use dx 5 speed axles. I have the whole rear disc conversion from a 92 integra. My question is can i use the front spindles , calipers, control arms, ect from the integra on my car using 5 speed axles still? any help would be appreciated. thanks andy

yes you can, just use the whole knuckle assembly and your existing upper/lower control arms and tie rod end will all bolt right up. the splines on the 5speed axles are the same as those of the DA. the brakes are all bolted up to the knuckle, so assuming you got a complete knuckle, you're set.

the spindles on a da are for b series axles and the dx are for d series and i think they have a different spline count, i know the brakes fit but you have to use the civic upper arms in the front the integras are to long, but i would make sure the axles fit before you swap everything over and please correct me if im wrong

dx, ex, and si axles are all the same, and are compatible with the da spindles. its the Hf and Std models that will not work.

spindles
