I have a 91 prelude SI Threw a rod through the block i race this car at the track will a f22b1 fit and work and what might i need to swap it out

Yes it will fit. The f series and h series motors are very similar. Just check out info on the h22 swap to see what work needs to be done.

He didn't say that it did. He's saying to research the H22 swap into your car. The F22 swap will be exactly the same. And personally, I don't think it's worth it. It's NOT a bolt-in swap. It requires fabrication. I would just look for another B21...

I just checked some specs and that swap looks a lot of work for only a 5hp and 10tq gain.

Exactly. In my opinion it's only worth it if you're going to do an H22 instead of an F22...

but if you do the swap look at the aftermarket world. that motor is going to be around for a while. there are less parts for our b21 b20 motors. it is deffinatly worth it if you have the money and knowledge. think about the longrunn... i mean doing an h22
