can some one help me, show me a thread to go to.

something that will help or should i just sale the motor and trans.

well i traded my audio equipment for the d16a1 and i got told that you cant swap it and i am wondering if your really can.

yeah but the d16a1 is for the acura and a crx si.... thats what i have been told...

NO it didnt come in a CRX, the D16A1 came in the first gen Integras. It will swap into you car, but why are you wanting to do this swap?

You have a lot to learn, you can tell the difference between an A1 and a Z6 blinfolded. If I were you I would sell it and boost your motor if you want to go faster.

like i said in my first forum i really dont know much bout import

but let me tell you a few things....
its a honda, its fwd, dont get a wing
a body kit isnt going to make you faster, nor will stickers
you dont need 8 cyl. to go fast

o and if you feel like a speed demon keep it on the track

Ok yes it will work, best swap? No, but thats not for any of us to decide for you. Use your sohc drivers side mount, and your sohc transmission, all the bolts to bolt it to the engine will match up but one, you dont need this. If you feel better it can be drilled and tapped for a bolt. Its been done though numerous times without issue. Using your sohc transmssion will allow you to use your mounts, drivers side will fit the D16a1, you may have to remove the cover to expose the holes, you may have to cut it out, i dont know , never done the swap but have seen it successfully done. Youll will also use your sohc wiring harness on the DOHC. Should be the same as swapping a ZC, or another sohc, all but that one bolt that wont line up. Be sure you use clutch kit that matches your transmission.

It wont be the fastest thing, but you can swap some 1st gen ZC cams in to it for more power.
