yes and no.... if you are doing something outlandishly fucking stupid, then yeah it doesnt matter what color your car is... but as a rule more muted colors (tan, beige, gray, silver, not bright blue or green, maroon, etc) stand out less than really bright eye catching colors (bright red, yellow, etc) meaning if the cop isnt actively looking for someone doing something wrong, isnt pointing a radar or laser gun at you, and you arent doing driving like a complete asshole, you will likely go by without them noticing

you want to get away with damn near anything on the road, drive a stock beige Camry, you will be practically invisible
