Fuel Pump not priming

Long story in short form,
B16 swap in 89 hatch, friend wrecked 89 hatch, swap put in 91 crx....
I don't have fuel pressure, at all....no prime at start up....zilch
Main relay is good, ignition is good, wiring seems good, fuses good, ecu PR3 seems good, gives code for coolant sensor (6 flashes)

Has not had fuel pressure since wreck, car was flipped and laid on roof.....

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated..

inertia switch, its a small button located in your trunk that disables the fuel system.
