Not a real OG lol
Hey im 15 so im still playing video games. I was wondering if they have any EF civics in any video game? I know they have crxs but where are the legendary civics!? If anybody knows of any games with EFs, holla.

ef's aren't legendary. they are shitty econo boxes that have turned to sport compact because they are cheap and economical.

dont forget the first dohc vtec was a ef lol

im becoming an EF model lover as of late, i think shit talking an ef is just as bad as shit talking any other model...they are still civics.

CRX would be the legendary EF ... the hatches are just hatches and were made just about every year since, except now.. where the CRX got cutoff in 91

Danm auto makers, must be getting paid off by the gas companys... or its that ethonal crap haha!
i've been saying that for years. i truly believe that oil companies purchase the patents for highly efficient engines and don't allow them to be mass produced. i find it hard to believe that the high mileage crx hf peaked engine technology in 1990. so in 18 years we can't make an engine that is pure petrol that gets over 45 mpg?

The CRX was really just a shortened hatchback with better aerodynamics. Depending on the type or racing and setup, the slightly longer wheelbase of the hatchback can be beneficial. The only "special" CRX was probably the HF since I don't think any Civics had that motor, transmission, fuel tank, etc. As for other trims, you'd see hatchback versions too.

Also, I've seen Del Sols referred to as CRXs in other countries. Don't know if that counts.

Another thing is that cars now are so bloated and heavy that is not helping the mpg too much.
