Are you using a point and shoot?

If you're shooting an SLR what settings are you using? most every picture is under exposed.
My main issue with your pictures is I'm not sure what you're trying to tell us, I'm not sure if I should look at the car, the background, or the guy next to the car, or that damn yellow hose that just jumps out at me.

The only 2 pictures that were clear to me was the ones of the red pole. The last one could have been good if it was framed better, I want to see the tops of the trees. They add a neat factor to the picture but they're cut off =(

I was useing brad's camera. Just look at the picture as a picture and dont try to focus in one one thing.

Use the rule of 1/3s too, meaning dont put the point of interest right in the middle of the frame. Crappy still I took with my video camera but it uses the rule of 1/3s.

donno what your taking about?

Based on the title of the post it sounded like you are or were trying to be a photographer, I wouldn't have said anything if it was listed as pictures from today or pictures my friend took. The pictures look like you're trying but there's a lot of basic rules that are being broken, really bad framing and pretty much no setup to them, just random shots of a bunch of everything in any given picture. It's like going to an art gallery and looking at a painting on the wall. 10 minutes later you give up and say wtf is the artist trying to say here? In your case, everything.

Just look at the picture as a picture and dont try to focus in one one thing.
Don't take it as if I'm just trying to shit on you, I would have given anything to have someone give me help 8 years ago =`( I could have been much farther a long in photography by now.

Next time your out shooting, stop, and think, what do I want this image to say.

4x4 si y0!

Yea I know. The rims aren't even mine, they're my moms for her Accord. I don't like them at all. They look just ok and they fill in the wheel wells nicely but they rub, they're heavy, they jack up the car, they screw up the spedo and there is too much centrifigual force at high speeds so braking sucks. When the winter aluminum 13"s were on it drove better. I'm getting 15"s.

well brad's camera is a peace of shit and I tryed to make the best of it. It has only apiture and shutter speed settings so with that said you get to look at these shitty kodak camera pics :)

what more do you want other then ISO speeds?

Don't blame the camera I've seen some kick ass point and shoot pictures.

it is a point and shoot...........

That allows you to adjust aperture and shutter speeds, that's why your exposure was way under.

These were taken with my point and shoot.

The #1 things people do who are getting into photography is blame the equipment, either its a point and shoot or my lens is a kit lens or its a crappy lens yada yada yada.

Clearly you know how to shoot setup, frame, correct for lighting and shoot photos so I'll stop nagging you.Besides, it was just a point and shoot.
