stroker kits for the b18c1?.. first what are the best as far as money and porformence, second how much hp do you estimate it will had 2 the 200
(give or take) i will have after the swap? thanx

the best value is not a stroker kit at all.

higher compression pistons and headwork/cams will do more for you.

:werd: the money you would spend on the stroker kit would be better spent on what B said and will yeild more gains.

Type R pistons, for people who support animal cruelty.;)

but they really aren't the best for you.. Why? because we don't know your budget or goals.. Do you even have a way to tune this.

We can recommend them, but if you are looking at all out N/A the higher the piston compression the better off you are(to a point) as long as you can run the right octane fuel, have it tuned and have the appropriate headwork and bottom end work done to support the revs necessary.

hahaha alright cool, so i kno im a beguiner but could you or some1 explain this high & low compretion thing 2 me, i understand a little but i wana know witch would be best for NA and turbo or watever,(sorry i looked on the site 2 see if i could find this answer)

n/a benefits from high compression
turbo benefits from lower compression

there's more into it than that, but that's the general idea. The lower you go with a turbo though less power you will make at lower rpm.

really you need to just look up some builds that people have posted.

not 100% true....

turbo benefits GREAT from high compression too.

problem is, its prone to detonation.

thanks b. it was late and that's why i posted that as the general idea.

One sentence or remark will not give anyone the information or the background of actually reading it.
