Looks good! We'd just have to see how reliable it is. Also, since it's streaming, would physics be as good and what's considered a "good connection" speed?
 
I can think of a few problems right of the top of my head, the main one being bandwidth, especially with some of the greedy ISP's out there. I personally would rather have a hard copy of my games, and not have to rely on an upstart electronics company to stay in business.
 
IMO, the availability and cost of the games would determine this things success. It would be nice to see, though. It would also be nice if it could support multiple outputs as well--two different people in the same house playing from different rooms.

It's like people thinking Bluray won't be around for long because of streaming HD content. Yes, that will be the future, but not feasible on a large scale anytime soon.
