Hey i have a 1995 civic dx all stock. i wanna put a stronger motor. by that i dont mean like for racing or show car, i just want a fast street car. this car is a daily drive. what do you guys recommend? an easy swap?

dalm i looked at your car pics. dalm must've took a while. how long did it take. how much was all the parts and whats the list?. was there alot of cutting or welding?

<Sorry Im a NOOB>

There was no cutting or welding for the b18c. Just a little wiring.
the only fabrication I did was to mount the teg radiator and the exhaust. I did the original swap in one weekend, then the s/c in another weekend. It's not bad if you educate yourself and prepare well.

a D16Z6 is SOHC VTEC, you can keep you car OBD1 and pic one up for about 600, and you would just need the matching ecu

where any thing B series would make more power (30+) than a D series you would have to do wiring, buy axles, get a tranny and if you can find a B18c it wouldnt be nearly as cheap
