Locked my keys

So i locked my keys in my truck today, oops. Got no spare. Anyone know how to break into a Dodge Dokota?.. lol i think its like 2004 or something. I dont wanna spend 200$ for some locksmith to pick it. Blah.

Just tried that.. theres this "lip" over the window which prevents me from being able to get anything inside it.

Guess its off to the dealership tomorrow morning. Stupid me.

pro's have this inflatable bag, or wedges that do the trick

my brothers Porsche 944 key worked on my old Ford Probe.. haha.. surprised the hell outta me..

yeah, don't go in the window... pull the door, and go in between the door and the frame of the roof... try not to scratch. and don't try to do anything but hit the power lock button with the coat hanger. there's no need to go into the door frame at all.

avoid breaking the window at all costs. that's the worst shit. you will find shards or glass for the rest of the time you own the thing... ask me how i know *

Yeah ive had busted windows before.. Not a fun thing to clean up afterwards. But i think im gonna have the tow company do it, insurance says they will cover it. Oh well.

do you have a sliding back window? you may be able to get somthin in there to pop its lock then slide the window open

Have you tried calling the local police? they usually are pretty nice about popping doors open for people, atleast I know here they are.... just a thought though

Did you try torching a hole in the outer wall of the door? No AAA or anything?

Cant you remove a windshield with those suction cups and a heat gun? I know that's complete overkill but I think there are certian windows you can remove easily. Maybe the rear triangles if your Dodge has them.

I agree with B tho, just use a coathanger to hit the lock switch.. or fish your keys off the seat if that's what you did
