Alright, I got an 86 Accord LXi for the gf, for a daily beater. All in all its pretty straight, runs good, super clean interior. The previous owner side swiped somethin, barely even touched it, what ever it was. It didnt even dent the side of the car, all it did was leave a little green stripe and rip off the side moulding between the door and wheel well. My question is, how can I take that moulding off a car at the junk yard with out breakin it, or the clips that hold it on, since mine are all gone.

Also, I broke the damn door handle on the driver side, so I gotta fix that too. I was lookin at how to get the interior panel off and all I could see was 2 screws, so I assume theres an ass load of clips holdin it on. Where do I need to pry to get the panel off? Oh, and it does have power windows with manual locks. Just lookin for tip on how not to break shit lol, thanks.

Thats where I was havin trouble. The 2 screws I was talkin about are on the interior panel. So I need to know where I can safely pry on the interior panel to pop it off without bustin it to shit.

well just make sure all the screws are out and handles and switches, and just just have to grab the bottom and pull out and up at the same time. thats how i do it anyhow, that old of a car its gonna be hard not to break a few

If you break a few I believe I have quite a few clips out in my garage I can send you, let me check.

True, but any tips I can get on how to minimize breakage are welcome lol.
