Rest In Peace
So we just got back from an awesome night.

My wife was acknowledged as an great student at her college's academic awards ceremony. Her teacher has chosen her to receive the math award for a student that excels past what the other students do...since he had her in his class for pre-calc, calc I and calc II...and she had a 4.0 in every semester, and a few 100's on the tests. So she had the teacher there praise her work, in front of the dean, the college president, and a lot of other students and faculty.

When she uploads the pics, I'll post them.

Then I took her out for a decent sushi dinner...since we were already dressed up in real clothes...(I actually had to go buy a pair of nice slacks and a button shirt for this event...) and the wife finally tossed on a skirt... hehe...

yeah those asian math stereotypes dont create themselves ;) hehe

congrats to the wife

i cant stand math past algebra 1. im in pre calc and every day i dread it. doing what i have to do to get by. its nice to see someone whos actutally driven in math and wants to excell in that subject. i have some odd hostility to math where past algebra 2 i view math like learning to DNA of a unicorn. props to her though man, i didnt even know they had calc 3 lol

Nah. Just the "brain drain" generation and their kids. Look at everyone coming over now- it's a much more uh... "normal" distribution of intelligence.

Congrats to Kaori, always an awesome accomplishment!

congrats man. i know how you feel. I'm proud of mrs taco too!

Congrats!

I'm too lazy in school; I had a 99.8 average back in high school for math, but at the end of the semesters they would bring it to a 60, FF....attendance violation. My average in college is like 80-85 now; work kicks my ass.

Clayton just wants her to do good and what not so she can keep putting on dresses :D

hehe

j/p. good job K!
