Honda is where its at!

Welcome back! And congrats on the kid.

Thanks for the welcome. It feels like a reunion coming back here and reading some of my old ass posts.

I f'n hate being called a noob. I have boots, gloves and a helmet just need some riding pants. That pic was just a photo op. Same day i brought her home for the first time.

Don't take it personal.... noob :D

If you're not looking to go with full blown pants, check out alter ego pants by joe rocket, they'll hold up better then jeans and have pads. Also with the gloves, make sure they go over your jacket sleeve, you want both a wrist strap as with a lower strap to help keep them over your jacket.

As to the bike forum comment, I can't stand most bike forums, everyone tends to be a jackass. Gotta find a few small forums where people are adults. check out www.maxumim-suzuki.com There's some really stand up guys there. It is NOT a supersport forum, but a lot of people have 1-2-3 bikes many of them being SS models.

+1 on the alter ego pants. I wear them myself. Comfortable, zip in rain proof insulated liner, zip out vents.. Very versitile pants.. Freezing cold to blazing hot, they will transform into comfortable pants with a few zippers. Haven't crash tested them yet.. lol

I've got my eye on you Jeffie7. One more newb and im guna fvckin flip out.

I'll have to check out those pants. do you know if you can zip a joe rocket jacket to the pants?

oh snap b, i just saw your user info at the left that shows what you ride. Are you thinking of swapping an m3 engine in that 318ti? took me forever to figure out my ti was RWD lol.

seriously? lol bmw has pretty much never made a fwd car.. lol

i'm not doing anything. i don't have a job. the m is for sale.

Sucks mang. I'm unemployed at the moment also. GI bill ftw! It's barely keeping me a float tho.

Sup Khan!

Had a kid January 2008, so not too far after you.

Still got the S2k. Do you make it to Texas at all? Might be interested in the hood...

Congrats Calesta. Boy or girl? I've got a little girl just as stubborn and crazy as her ol man.
