Cant watch the video here at work, but I do know someone that got a ticket for going to slow once. Technically it was impeding traffic but she got a ticket none the less.

I still passed, but I got a 'too slow' mark on my drivers exam when I was 16... I kept coming to a complete stop at the stop signs and my examiner asked me to go through them cause he wanted to go to lunch.

And we've got our own version of that linked thread don't we? Or was that not really the cop that pulled B over in the BMW...

My instructor took points off because I "hesitated" at an intersection. I "hesitated" because I let two drivers roll on through before going, one was a crazy-looking old lady that was driving like she was on crack and the other was a truck that had started into the intersection already... Sorry for trying NOT to crash my mom's car while getting my license...
