Ok, Well im building a non vtec, Na build just to be different and see what number's i can get out of it, Well my question is, How much bigger is a z6 manifold then a d15b7 manifold, Im just looking to port match my z6 manifold but is it really worth it?, thanks.

I would go for a whole Z6 motor or a Mini-Me swap. It would be super east with your shell. Just my opinion.

D15B7s are kinda useless.

Well im building a sohc non vtec for a purpose not to be fast, That's why im asking.

why would you build a motor to not be fast???
unless your doing an oem rebuild then that makes sense...
but if your building for performance go aftermarket

Ok this is the thing, Im seeing what kind of number's i can pull out of this, not a oem build, Why cant i get a straight answer like i asked

Did i want anyone's opinion on what to do NO, I asked if porting a z6 manifold is worth it.

So if you want to suggest shit take your comment's some where else.

I'd say not worth it. Just put the Z6 manifold on as is.

Maybe even a D16A6 cam, I heard its the best OEM SOHC non-VTEC cam, next to the SOHC ZC. But I don't even know if it would fit.

That's my plan for my DD, im having my a6 head sent off to exospeed in a couple of days, And that's what i was thinking but if i can get just a little more edge out i was just going to let maxbore do the port matching.

the a6 cam will fit in a d15b7 head. both heads have the same casting.
use a Y7/Y8 cam gear to compensate for the D15's shorter deck height.
