they are having a unveiling on Sat, because I live in a cow town, they havent even been delivered to the dealer. It will be funny if this repair, ruins the dealers unveiling, nothing like getting customers at your door just to see nothing:ph34r:

I wish I owned a suit so they wouldn't know im just joy riding. I still think they're the best out of the 3 (4 if you count the charger) remakes.

yes we have had the 6spd auto out of one allready and upgraded it. LOL they hve been out about 2 months now

A company like GM fucks up a battery cable? No wonder they're in the shitter.

Or, the supplier that makes the battery cables for GM fucked up the battery cables?

You guys act like every single piece of equipment on cars is actually manufactured by the the car companies.

Honda Recalls, Problems, & Honda Recall Details

I was pretty certain I even hit enter before and after I pasted it but then again my phone is a POS Touch.

http://www.automallusa.net/01/honda/recalls.htmlhere's some of Hondas. the very first one leads to total front brake failure. Ill take a battery cable replacement over that. Point is every car maker has recall issues. Nobody is immune to mistakes.</p>
Fn links broke. google honda recall and its the first one

Brake system: Tons of engineering, lots of math, research and developement, months if not years of work.

Battery cable: $5.99 at your local parts house. 2 minues of engineering. Length? Post style? Order up. Even china can't fuck that up.

The vast majority of parts on a car are made and even designed by outside suppliers. For many of the projects I work on, the companies I deal with also produce parts for Toyota, Nissan, and the Big Three (well, little two, now). We had a supplier visit (I forget the company's name), and they designed the VVT shit for all sorts of manufaturers. GM, Chrysler, Mitsu, ext. As the Big 3 fail, their suppliers are starting to do work for many of the import brands.

ok then. months if not years of R and D and no one caught something that could lead to catastrophic failure. That was just the first example. Im sure there are minor things to be found in Hondas just as there are more serious things to be found in GM or anyone for that matter. Point remains the same that everyone has their problems.

Big fucking deal. It'll still stomp a mudhole in yer little japcars ass. YEEHAW!

Who cares, its not the first car to be recalled right after it came out. I think the new eclispe had a bad brake problems right after it came out, bad enough they told people not to drive their cars and have it towed back to the dealership.
If I wasn't trying to sell my condo and buy a house right now I would go buy an SS.

It is still a sexy car. Everyone who buys an SS right now will quadruple their money in 20 years.

Well, assuming the current economy and govt printing money like its candy, the ss will be worth 88 bagillion dollars in 20 years.

funny i just heard an ad on the radio this morning on the camaro. They are unveiling it at a chevy dealership this weekend

Holdon when did they start selling them? I swear I've seen two on the road(may have been the same car).
