prelude rims

Does anyone know if a set of rims that fit on an a 1992 Prelude would fit on a 93 del sol? I found a guy about an hour away with a set of 17" rims and tires, not sure of the brand, and not sure of the lug spacing before I go look. Hate to waste a trip. Thanks!

Why don't you just ask the guy what the lug pattern is? If they're a universal 4 lug with two sets of holes then yes, they will actually fit. Your lug pattern specifically is 4 x 100 though, so you either need to find rims that use that pattern or find universals (which have both a 4 x 100 and a 4 x 114.3, which is what Preludes and Accords use)...

didnt think if they're universal or not.. so yes, if they're univeral 4 lug, they'll fit..

I had asked the guy over the phone if it had 4 or 8 holes and he couldn't remember. The rims are aftermarket and he is selling them for his brother that got busted for dui on a suspended license and now needs money. Still trying to get ahold of him to find out but the wheels are the parents house different town than his, turning into a possible mess.

i got accord rims on my del sol... ofcorse they are from an 84 but its still an accord.
