ok got the motor here and all is good, got it from a forum member on here, he gave me injectors he said there higher flow cant remember the cc but i think there from a obd1 motor and im using obdo (factory si harness) for my swap, will these injectors work and or do i need a injector box ??

obd1 injectors are saturated.
obd0 are peak/hold.

the injectors must match the ecu.

all b16 injectors are 240cc.

so your saying that i need diffrent injectors? ive read i can disable the injector box to use diffrent ones, any truth in this??

They are two totally different types of injectors.. in other words they do not operate the same. Yeah, if you use the OBD1 injectors you will not need the resistor box anymore.. but like B said you'll still need to run it on the right ECU.

No, you do NOT need new injectors. You simply do not have to hook up a resisitor box. Almost all Hondas run 240cc injectors, stock.

ok, im running a ecu wich is a pr3 for the b16, all i do is unplug the resister box and im good

You'd have to jump the wires where the resistor box hook up. Otherwise, none of the injectors will get power. The OBD1 cars actually have a special connector that does that, but it won't fit an OBDO car.

yep^ . just take the 5 wires that go into the plug for the resistor box and solder them together. i believe it's 4 red/black wires and 1 yellow/black wire. This will work just fine so long as the injectors he gave you really are stock 240cc units. if they are in fact larger then it would probably be easiest to sell them and buy ones that are the correct size.
