fishing and knocking back a few cold ones with buddies is relaxing as hell in my book. i used to live on a lake back in high school and i used to do alot of fishing off my dock. caught everything from bluegills to bass to catfish off my dock. ahhh i miss that!!!!

Kicking back and fishing is damn fun. I could care less if I actually catch anything or not. Just getting out there is more than enough for me. Good lookin fish too fellas.

I use to go fish when i live back in VA on the James river. good days. But at sea, I was only good catching Blue crabs than actually catching fish. lol

I always wonder about which fish that has parasites and ones that don't. I usually have to open the fish and check if it safe to eat.

I fish in lakes and stuff around here. I wouldn't fish in the rivers or creeks though. Don't know what the hell you're gonna pull outta there. Like that guy that caught the big ass piranah from the ohio river. Or the giant amazonian style catfish.

I fly fish a lot here in Colorado, mostly catch rainbow and brown trout, with the occational brook or cutthroat trout

Its funny, I can't find any recent pictures of fish I've caught here in Colorado, but here are a couple Red fish from the last time I was down in Florida and also some Dolly Varden and Salmon from my last trip to Alaska.

Have you ever seen a Sturgeon? Those are great to fish, run your line out drop it off the shelf motor back to the beach and drink until the bell on your pole rings and you spend the next hour or two trying to get it out.

man, thats one of the reasons i like freshwater fishing in south florida... there are countless non-native species so you never know what you going to catch. i have caught peacock bass, oscars, mayan cichlids, other misc cichlids, clown knifefish, pacu, 3 or 4 different species of tilapia, and several types of strange catfish.

people always let tropical stuff loose and down here they just grow and multiply.... thats the same way we ended up with all these parrots, iguanas, basilisks, geckos, etc

heres a pic of a spotted tilapia and a mayan cichlid

I fish.... Going to mississippi this weekend going to do some fresh water fishing. I used to live in gulfport, miss. Did lots of salt water fishing. Red fish and flounder where my fave. I think the saltwater gar was the biggist fish i ever caught thing was 6 feet long. Funny thing is i thought i had a record red fish but ended up a damn gar. Didnt know what to do with it so i gave it to this old black guy he hacked it up with a hatchit and took it home. The guys that ran the bait shop in gulfport harbor said that thing had lived in the harbor for like 20 years, then i felt bad for catching it. Wish i would have let it go. But it was fucking huge!!

I fish about once every two years, and that gets it out of my system. I like to fish. But not often, lol.

Or when you pull up a 14 foot fish , while in a 14 ft boat.. Throw out some fish balls on the columbia, and fish on!

Thats exactly it haha, I know a few guys that had to bail out of the 10 footer they where in so the sturgon had room to flop. They where worried about broken legs or something haha.
