Is there anyone in the MD, VA, or PA area that can tune Neptune, or know of a reputable company that can with access to a dyno / do you know the dyno fee's? My car was tuned on Neptune and no one i know knows anyone besides my current tuner that can do Neptune.

And no, dont tell me to switch to Crome or Hondata etc.

Well i did some research and stumbled across a "tuner directory" or two. Looked into the places in my area that can tune Neptune, and every is asking for 450$ plus an additional licensing fee for using Neptune.. Blah.

yeha, tuning isn't cheap...

Well my problem is, I payed 600$ for my Neptune RTP, PWM/AEM boost solenoid and complete install. Along with a street tune and an additional 125$ on the dyno with free hour of dyno tune. I dont want to fork out ANOTHER 550$ for a retune from another tuner and having to driver 2+ hours, thats the problem. I mean im sure ill get more power but thats a nice chunk of money right now.

Make friends with someone who owns a dyno.

Learn how to tune yourself.

Or just learn how to tune on the street, it can be done, just I don't know about in MD.

Well thing is my ECU doesnt have a USB plug, my tuner would use his ECU thats already set up and tune my car, then would burn the chip from his ECU and socket it into mine. So tuning myself is sort of out of my range.

I'd love to make friends with someone who owns a dyno. Id be on that thing all the time tryin to pull every bit of hp out of my setup. ha

I was referred to my tuner by almost ever built honda in my area, so i went to him and i paid the retail price for Neptune RTP. which was 400$. Then i paid 125$ for the dyno time, and misc tuning etc. So really i paid under 400$ for the actual tuning. Honestly im to scared id mess something up bad if tried to tune myself.
