Question About The New Smog Law!!!!!!

so I've been reading a lot about this new law that passed in October but their just now starting to enforce it now.. most of you know what im talking about.. i have a 91 DA with a b16a swap and it gonna be real hard to impossible to pass smog now...(live in cali)

If i change motors from a jdm b16a to a usdm gsr would i still have a problem if it was done correctly? figuring they are both 1.8L

yes it would work as long as its an actually USDM gsr not JDM..
then just pass smog and no illegal mods on it and your set..
