awesome! cleveland isn't as shitty as everyone makes it out to be. tho I havn't had a chance to see the east side...

As long as I had lived in Ohio I only went to Cleveland once. We redirected planes up there and I had to drive. I got to the city limits and got called back. I dont know if that counts.:shrug2: But I bought the Si Canton, and went to the NFL HOF another time.

the only time i was in cleveand i got to experience "lake effect weather"
it was the end of march... thunderstorm rolls through... crazy ass wind and hail... roof gets blown off a church 2 blocks away from where i was... finally get a break in the storm... check out the weather... theres another front coming behind this one... only this one is a blizzard.... couldnt get stuck there... started class that monday
got the fuck out of there and hauled ass back to CT
found out a week later (when they got power back) that they got about 3 feet of snow that night and lost power for a week

fuck that place

Haha thats spot on. I grew up with that shit. Now I live 150 miles south and it's MUCH better.

They get all that snow and it's worthless. I hate crossing from PA into OH. Start of the flat lands.

Btw that spot was awesome.

welcome to ohio, enjoy your stay.

I thought Ohio was bad, and then I moved to Chicago. WTF its even more rediculous. But at least they plow the roads here. In Columbus your lucky to get salt. and if you live in the suburbs you might as well break out the shovels if you want to get out of your neighborhood.

I have been to Cleveland about 5 times, I have interest on going back.

I live right between Akron and Canton about an hour from Cleveland and have only been there twice, both times just to go to a skatepark.

im an hour away from /\ this guy, and I've been to cleveland a few times actually. saw a free john fogerty concert up there when I was real young, been to the rock and roll hall of fame, gund arena (now the q), and the ix center for the auto show. that's it. I still love the line "come and check out both of our buildings" lol. still theres not that much interesting stuff. id rather go to pitt.

As far as I'm concerned, all you Buckeye state residents can stay there. I hate Ohio drivers, I have no interest in going into that state at all based solely on how I see you guys drive while you're here.

That's kind of stereotypical. I despise NJ drivers but it doesn't stop me from going there every now and then.

Its really not stereotypical. On a normal day I'll either get tailgated by a buckeye who's in a hurry or one will pass me on a road thats limited to 35 mph doing at least 50. I rarely see buckeyes use turn signals or even know where the hell they're going.

I live on one of the main routes that is a straight line from ohio to downtown fort wayne... I see more buckeyes everyday, and I've seen more of them get tickets in town than I could even count. At least when they come here, they drive like insane nuts.

Awww come on... Were not as bad as Chicagoans. But I will say at least here they keep it moving unless of course theres a gridlock and they cant. Were not all that bad, believe me. Ride with me in Ohio and youll see/hear :)ph34r:) that I cant stand them either.

Ohio is home to some pretty good drivers, they're the ones weaving in and out of the fuckheads. Now pennsylvanians, they're all terrible drivers. Usually, where the hell are you going is followed by damn penn license plates.

Fuck PA drivers. I have encountered 1 that is actually a good driver. A friend of mine. But he went to college in NJ so that might have something to do with it.

NJ drivers are either good or fucking terrible. Down in South Jersey its like their signature move to come to a complete stop at a green light before making a turn. All the while staying in the center of the lane. Get out of my fucking way.

Still the worst are the Bennys from NY(NJ beach invaders). They are never in the right lane. 60 in the left lane, 90 in the right, 110 in the center. All while their kids watch Finding Nemo in the back seat. And they will cut you off or back up on the parkway at the drop of a hat. "EHHHH, I'm tryin to get to the Shore to grind on some fuckin' pussy. I fuckin' love Seaside, EHHH." Douchebags.

Anyway, I've been to Akron twice. But didn't leave the U of A campus. Actually didn't leave the TKE house I was staying at. Good time though.
